This stair is killing me. I posted about this project in my very first post and I just adore it. The wood and brass / gold tone hardware and accents are so nicely contrasted with the coolness of the concrete and roughness of the finish. (via yellowtrace)

And one more for good measure from Remodelista. Simple but lovely. The high base detail in the plaster and perfect inset at the door kill me.
